Filing a Complaint

At Cromar we focus on serving our customers by responding immediately to your questions and any comments. Despite our best efforts, you may have a complaint that you want to let us know about.

In this section, you can submit your complaint regarding your policy, or the insurance services provided to you. In this way, you help us to improve and become even more efficient in the service we offer you.

If you find any malfunction or would like to complain for any reason, you can contact the insurance intermediary that serves you.
