This is our most comprehensive product which covers 28 different perils. Other than the fact that this product offers more extensive cover due to the larger number of insured perils than our Sercure Home B product the major differences should also be noted as follows:

→ Claims arising from breakage or overflowing of pipes is extended also extended to drainage / sewage disposal infrastructure (for buildings up to 25 years of age or if it can be proved that all piping and drainage / sewage networks / infrastructure have been replaced within the last 25 years),

→ Claims due to bad workmanship, wear and tear arising from the perils breakage / overflow of pipes, drainage and sewage networks / infrastructure are covered up to maximum limit of € 15.000,00. The cost of replacing the pipe itself is also covered up to a maximum limit of € 3.000,00.
