COOPERATION CONTRACT
We consider the contract we sign with all our producers of business to be the ideal way to guarantee their hard work and client portfolio.
Our commissions are extremely competitive reaching high levels (including earthquake) for targeted bank mortgage business.
At the end of every month, each insurance intermediary receives a bordereaux of all the risks written and commissions earned with the obligation to settle the balance as per the credit terms agreed.
QUOTATIONS
For our Retail products SecureHome and SecureBusiness, we have a rating cd available for all our insurance intermediaries.
We follow a principle of immediate response to all requests that we receive. As long as a fully supported request for quotation has been sent to our company by 1 pm, we have the ability to respond the same day. Alternatively all requests will be dealt with the following day except if it requires the involvement of the Lloyd's syndicates that support us.
DOCUMENTATION ISSUANCE AND DISPATCHING
→ Again, we follow the principal of immediate response. If we receive a fully completed insurance proposal form that does not require any further questioning documents will be issued the same day and dispatched accordingly. We are also able to immediately send a Cover Confirmation Form by fax or email for risks where this is necessary.
→ All intermediaries are informed of their renewal with the provision of a relevant bordereaux. This is sent one month before the month of expiration of the risks in question and the intermediary is obliged to inform us of any changes that need to be made. As soon as we receive a copy of the renewal bordereaux from the intermediary we immediately issue renewals and dispatch them.
CLAIMS
→ All of our policies are accompanied by a LOSS ADVICE form which we require to be completed in the event of a claim. This helps speed up the process.
→ Reputable surveyors or loss adjustors with whom we cooperate are required to act immediately according to a handling procedure as agreed prior to the appointment with the assured.
→ The CLAIM PROCEDURE form which we make readily available, describes exactly the levels of service and the procedures that must be followed in order for the assureds to be indemnified as quickly as possible according to the policy wordings.
REVIEW
Every 6 months, there is a review of our cooperation in order to identify areas that can be improved and discuss developments that might lead to further growth for all parties involved.
