All claims handled and settled by Cromar are done on behalf of the syndicates which we have a binding authority with. All of our policies are accompanied by a LOSS ADVICE form which we require to be completed in the event of a claim. This helps speed up the process. Reputable surveyors or loss adjustors with whom we cooperate are required to act immediately according to a handling procedure as agreed prior to the appointment with the assured. The CLAIM PROCEDURE form which we make readily available, describes exactly the levels of service and the procedures that must be followed in order for the assureds to be indemnified as quickly as possible according to the policy wordings.
We maintain significant claim funds belonging to the syndicates in Greece at all times to enable us to make quick and efficient payments of claims.

All of the products have been set up so that intermediaries and clients alike will be able to choose from packages that offer different scopes of coverage. Packages can be basic or enhanced depending on the assured's profile. Premiums vary accordingly.
